Paul is a private wealth lawyer with more than 30 years of experience advising across a wide range of work types for high net worth private clients. He has particular expertise in the areas of trusts, succession and tax work for international clients and families and their structures.
In his role, Paul advises a broad spectrum of clients including entrepreneurs, families with inherited wealth, entertainers and film producers, often with an international element and including both UK resident (domiciled and non-domiciled) as well as non-UK resident individuals. He advises on the tax, trust and related issues arising out of high value divorce settlements and also has expertise in cross-border corporate tax structuring.
Paul worked for a decade in a management and legal role for a multinational private company, and therefore has special experience with which to advise international business owners.
Career
Paul re-joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove as a partner in 2010, having previously worked at the firm (then Wiggin & Co) between 1987 (as a partner from 1990) and 1999. Before that, he had trained at Wilde Sapte (now Dentons) and worked at Linklaters from 1985 to 1987.
From 2000 to 2009 Paul was Head of Legal at a large multinational news and business information group, combining the role with Director of International Business Development and Strategy from 2003.

Personal Interests
Away from the office, Paul enjoys sport and football in particular (although mainly as a spectator these days), music and hill walking.
