Genevieve Millington-Morrall
Genevieve is a private wealth lawyer who specialises in advising high net individuals and families in relation to their tax, trust and estate planning.
She has particular expertise in tax planning for internationally mobile clients, including advising on the application of the statutory residence test, the operation of the remittance basis and the UK taxation of offshore trusts. Genevieve worked in Switzerland for a number of years and the majority of her work has an international element.
Genevieve also works with trustees advising them on the establishment and management of trusts and other asset holding structures.
Career
Genevieve joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove in 2021, having previously trained and worked at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP in London from 2012 to 2016 and in Zurich from 2016 to 2021.
