Chloe Barnard
Chloe is a private client lawyer who advises on tax, trust and estate planning matters for high net-worth private clients, families and their structures.
Chloe advises UK and internationally-mobile clients on a broad range of issues, with a particular focus on UK tax planning, the establishment and taxation of wealth-holding structures and estate and succession planning.
Chloe also assists clients with HMRC tax enquiries, as well as private trust and estate disputes.
Career
Chloe joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove in 2019, qualifying as a solicitor in 2022. During her training, Chloe spent six months on secondment to the litigation department of Stephenson Harwood LLP’s London office.
