Working for Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove offers the opportunity to join a team that is top-ranked in the private client industry and to be involved in international work for our enviable list of clients.
As a result of the partner-led approach that the firm takes to working with clients, our solicitors are expected to take on greater responsibility and involvement at an earlier stage of their career than would typically be the case at firms with a more conventional structure. We provide our lawyers with support that allows them to do this, through supervision, training and by ensuring that they have exposure to our Partners’ expertise whenever they need it. We believe that this encourages our lawyers to have confidence in their abilities, to develop their own careers and to progress through the firm. Our junior solicitors can expect to work directly with partners on a regular basis.
Our remuneration is reflective of the high level of service that we offer our clients, and we review our salaries annually to ensure that they are directly competitive with other London firms within the niche market in which Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove operates. In addition to these very competitive salaries, we offer an excellent range of additional benefits.
We typically meet with our clients and their other advisors in London, and our office on Jermyn Street is located perfectly for this. We undertake most of our work at the Cheltenham office at which all staff are based, although our solicitors frequently spend time during the week in London. Our lawyers therefore enjoy the unique opportunity to be involved in work of the highest quality with international clients, whilst also being able to live in the highly sought-after area of Cheltenham and its surrounding countryside.
We are a sponsor of local events such as the Cheltenham Festivals - which include the Literature, Music and Jazz festivals - and host hospitality events at Gloucester Rugby and at the Cheltenham Gold Cup race day.
Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove is always looking to add to our talented team. We welcome applications and enquiries from lawyers of all levels of post-qualification experience, including newly-qualified solicitors who wish to work in a private client practice and more senior lawyers with significant professional experience in relevant or complementary practice areas. We do not offer training contracts. If you would like to enquire about becoming a part of our team, please do contact our Managing Partner, Stephen Green, by email at stephen.green@woflaw.com.
